Spouse (Partner) Visa

This visa is for citizens or permanent residents of Australia who want to bring their partner to Australia. A partner may be in the form of a husband or wife, fiance or defacto. Once your visa is approved, it is valid for two years in order to test the strength of the relationship at which time you are eligible for permanent residency.
